The rules of the trip

Last updated 12 October 2026

The short version. DustDash is a free game. You can buy packs of credits if you'd like to; they're used inside the game, they're saved only on your phone, and they can't be swapped for money. Starting a new run or deleting the app removes them. If something goes wrong, email us and we'll try to fix it. Nothing here takes away rights the law says you always have.

1. Who we are, and agreeing to these terms

DustDash is made by SPENCER AI (ABN 31 978 335 623), a business based in Victoria, Australia ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us about the DustDash app and this website (together, "DustDash"). By downloading, opening or playing DustDash you agree to them, and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use DustDash, and delete the app.

If you're under 18, please read these terms with a parent or guardian. They should agree to them for you, and they're responsible for how you use DustDash, including any purchases.

2. What DustDash is

DustDash is a puzzle game for iPhone. You line up rocks, fly a little ship through the gaps, collect stardust for fuel and work your way home, quadrant by quadrant. It's a game for fun. Nothing in it has value outside the game.

Your game is saved on your phone. There is no account, and we don't keep a copy. Our privacy policy explains this in full.

3. Credits and purchases

4. Playing fairly

We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to use DustDash on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Please don't:

DustDash, its characters, artwork, films, music and text belong to us or are used with permission.

5. Play sensibly

DustDash has flashing lights, bright colours, explosions on screen and vibration. If you or anyone in your family has a history of seizures or epilepsy, talk to a doctor before playing. Stop playing if you feel dizzy, unwell or uncomfortable. You can turn effects down in Settings. Take breaks, and don't play when you need to pay attention to something else, such as when walking or driving.

6. Changes and availability

As far as the law allows, we provide DustDash "as is" and "as available", without any promise that it will be error-free, always available, or suitable for your purpose. We may update, change, rebalance, pause or stop DustDash or any part of it, including prices and what credits can be spent on, as far as the law allows. If we stop offering DustDash, we'll stop selling credit packs first.

7. Your rights under consumer law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded, restricted or changed by agreement. If you live outside Australia, you may also have rights under your local consumer law that these terms can't take away. Every part of these terms applies only as far as the law allows.

8. Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows:

None of this limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

9. If something goes wrong

Email welcome@myspencer.ai with what happened and what you'd like us to do, and we'll try in good faith to sort it out within 30 days. You can also contact a consumer protection agency, a regulator, a tribunal or a court at any time.

10. Apple and the App Store
